* Switch to using diff-cover for the Coverage gate

Enabling developers to check their PR coverage without waiting for CI

* Remove sonar-project.properties - in automatic mode Sonar will not read this file

* Add note to CONTRIBUTING.md

* Skip sonar in MQ
