Both docs/TASKS.md and the deployment guide still described the full-rebuild blockers as an open, unfixed bug - only the wiki mirror had been updated when #12 was actually closed. Added the fix summary to both, plus a note about today's Video-tab/i18n/codec-list Element Call changes in the deployment guide (previously only tracked in the wiki).
