Use the dark code highlighting stylesheet in the dark-custom theme (#34491)
dark-custom imported highlight.js's atom-one-light palette while every other dark theme imports atom-one-dark, so syntax-highlighted code blocks rendered dark grey on the theme's dark background. The neighbouring import on the next line already pulls in the dark GitHub markdown stylesheet. Co-authored-by: Michael Telatynski <7t3chguy@gmail.com>
